In Daddy’s Bed

The club was boring. I was not so sure if it had something to do with the music or the simple fact that I was a third wheel. My best friend, Rebecca, had invited me out but she had failed to mention that her boyfriend would be joining us. They had only dated for two months, but were banging like rabbits in heat, all the time, every time. Her boyfriend had called his friend to come join us and I waited on him with not much anticipation. This was the main problem when your single best friend gets a serious boyfriend, she tends to think the three of you are dating and will want you to tag along to everything.

I sipped on my martini and went on to nod my head to the loud music, my gaze was fixed at the entrance as I did a guess game on my hook up. Some maintained eye contact with me but only one headed to our table and smiled in Rob’s way (Rebecca’s boyfriend).

He looked okay, clad in a yellow tea shirt with white shorts and a goofy smile that screamed party mode. I shifted slightly in my seat and patiently waited on the introductions, he smiled my way and undressed me with his eyes. Though he was good looking, I felt uncomfortable under his gaze but returned the gesture with a bright smile.

“Sam, this is Lisa,” Rob introduced. “Lisa, meet my friend Sam.”

I smiled again and let him seat next to me as I went on to sip on my drink. The rest of the night went on fine, I danced a little, let him fondle my behind and took more drinks. Rebecca was having a better time than I was, she looked horny and I was envious.

“Do you wanna get out of here?” Sam whispered in my ear.

“Yes,” I answered and noticed the excited look on his face. “But I would like to go home.”

I was honestly tired and wanted to lie down. I had a long day ahead and was not really feeling Sam’s vibes. His touch was, however, electric and reminded me of my dry spell but I was no longer into one night stands and was never an easy lay either. He smiled at me and nodded as we both got to our feet. I had a side conversation with Rebecca who was cheering me on to give it up to Sam before we left the club. We walked over to his car, he got the door for me, made sure I was well strapped in the co-driver’s seat before walking over to his side and starting the car.

“You live far from here?” he asked as he reversed from the parking lot.

“No,” I answered and gave him directions to my place.

We made small talk, but I was not quite warming up to him, his words felt rehearsed and was still hopeful for a bang.

“Do you live alone?” he asked as he parked at the front of my house.
